Momentum Behavior Services is dedicated to protecting your personal and health information. As part of delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and related services, we create and maintain records about your care.<\/p>\n

We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as well as applicable state laws in Minnesota and California, which may provide additional protections for your information.<\/p>\n

Protected Health Information (PHI) includes any information that identifies you and relates to your health, care, or payment for services.<\/p>\n

          Special Protections for Substance Use Disorder Records<\/h4>\n

          Records related to substance use disorder treatment are protected under federal law (42 CFR Part 2) and require written consent for most disclosures.<\/p>\n

          Additional Privacy Protections Under State Law<\/h4>\n

          California Privacy Rights (CMIA & CCPA\/CPRA)<\/h3>\n

          If you receive services in California, you have additional rights under California law:<\/p>\n
